About Me

“You have to look deeper, way below the anger, the hurt, the hate, the jealousy, the self-pity, way down deeper where the dreams lie... Find your dream. It's the pursuit of the dream that heals you.”

I am a psychotherapist, therapeutic arts counsellor, and couples therapist.

Alongside my clinical training, my background in the arts—including therapeutic arts and fashion—influences how I understand expression, embodiment, and meaning beyond words. This shapes my attention to what is communicated non-verbally, and to the different ways people make sense of themselves and their experiences.

My Eastern European upbringing also informs the way I work. It has given me a lived understanding of culture, identity, migration, and belonging, and how these experiences can quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and to others.

I am mindful of what it can mean to move between cultures, or to adapt within new environments, and of the importance of feeling recognised and understood in that process. Having lived in the UK for over 20 years and worked with clients internationally, I bring a culturally attuned and globally informed perspective to my practice.

My way of working is grounded, reflective, and relational. I aim to offer a space where people can feel met with curiosity, care, and respect as they explore their inner and relational worlds.
